What Makes. Floor On Coatings Different?

Floor Grinding: Every floor will go thru this preparation phase. Which ensure proper adhesion of the epoxy. Grinding the floor to remove any dirt, grease, or existing coatings.
Repairs: Repair any cracks or imperfections in the floor.

Primer Coat, Base Coat and 2 Top Coat Application

Apply Primer: A primer coat is applied to enhance adhesion between the substrate and the epoxy
Apply Base Coat: Then base coat of epoxy is applied.
Top Coats: 1 or 2 clear Top coats will be applied.

Apply Topcoat: A clear top coat of epoxy is applied to seal the colour and provide additional protection against wear and tear.
Curing Time: Allow the topcoat to cure, typically for 72 hours, before car is allowed.
Top coat Option: Polyurethane or Polyaspartic

General rule of thumb:

24 hours for foot traffic.
48 hours for moving light items.
72 hours for driving.
