About the Role

As an experienced epoxy flooring specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and installing premium floor coating systems, including epoxy, flake flooring, polyurethane, and polyaspartic finishes.

You will work as part of a professional installation team delivering high-quality finishes for garages, warehouses, commercial spaces, and industrial projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in epoxy flooring installation
• Strong knowledge of epoxy floor preparation and application techniques
• Experience with:
  
  • Diamond grinding and concrete preparation
  • Crack repairs and surface preparation
  • Epoxy primer and base coat application
  • Full flake broadcast systems
  • Polyurethane/polyaspartic topcoats
  • Non-slip flooring finishes
• Ability to achieve high-quality finishes with attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
